This department provides a team of highly skilled technicians to closely support our customers to analyze and trouble-shoot all mechanical, electronic, software and technological issues that may arise during the operation of our pasta lines. In addition to customer support, the department organizes and co-ordinates the assembly sites with the scheduling of the technicians of the various engineering activities involved in the assembly and commissioning phases. It also provides technical support to our project managers, sales agents and spare parts department for part lists and line overhaul projects.
