Our Lab Extruder 55.1-80 STV is a cutting-edge extruder. It is designed for laboratory and pilot plant applications and extrudes short and long-cut pasta with a production capacity ranging between 15–30 kg/h. The stainless steel vacuum mixing tank, temperature control system, and removable mixing shaft ensure precise control, easy cleaning, and ensures maximum food safety. The -0.95 bar high vacuum, mirror-polished screws and cooled extrusion cylinder and die head reproduce the exact same operating conditions as high-capacity extruders. A stainless steel control panel compliant with EU regulations, equipped with a touchscreen with real-tiem displays of temperatures, pressures and alarms.
